  • The individual must have a minimum of 65% throughout education.
  • A maximum of 1 year of a gap is permissible in the entire education.

  • Quantitative Aptitude (18 Questions, 38 Minutes)
  • Work Style Personality Test (100 Questions, 20 Minutes)

 

Whereas, for Global Business Services (GBS) profile, the recruitment process is as follows :

  • Quantitative Aptitude (18 Questions, 38 Minutes)
  • Business Communication Test (22 Questions, 20 Minutes)
  • Number Series / Logical Ability (18 Questions, 38 Minutes)

 

 

The above followed by a Technical + HR Interview completing the recruitment process.

  • Quantitative Aptitude (18 Questions, 38 Minutes) – It covers topics such as Profit and loss, Ratios and Proportions, Percentages, Speed, Time and Distance, Permutation and Combination & Number System.
  • Work Style Personality Test (100 Questions, 20 Minutes) – It basically is a Psychological Ability test.

 

Whereas, for Global Business Services (GBS) profile, the recruitment process is as follows :

  • Quantitative Aptitude (18 Questions, 38 Minutes) – It covers topics such as Profit and loss, Ratios and Proportions, Percentages, Speed, Time and Distance, Permutation and Combination & Number System. 
  • Business Communication Test (22 Questions, 20 Minutes) – It includes Active / Passive Voice, Synonyms and Antonyms, Fill in the Blanks, Effective email Writing MCOs.
  • Number Series / Logical Ability (18 Questions, 38 Minutes)

 

The Online Test is followed by an Interview Round. The candidate may be asked the basics about C, C++, Java, Database, Data Structure, etc. For personal interview assessment the candidate may be tested on his / her personality, family, education, hobbies, internships, work experience (if any), general knowledge, etc.
