The job role offered by MindTree compensates the candidate with an amount of INR 3,25,000/- Per Annum. The candidate must sign a 2-year service agreement from the date of joining.

Online Test
The MindTree recruitment test consists of 2 rounds. The first round consists of 3 sections namely, Quantitative Aptitude (35 minutes), Logical Reasoning (35 minutes), Verbal Ability (25 minutes).
The second round consists of Coding Proficiency test (45 minutes). The overall difficulty of the exam stays between moderate and difficult. The cut-offs for the exam depends on the level of difficulty of the test, and the number of openings available in a current MindTree recruitment cycle.

Technical Interview
The students who clear the written round are called for Technical Interview. In the technical round, subjects like C, C++, and Java will be tested. You may be asked to write code. Even if you don’t know the code don’t panic; explain the logic. Along with these, be prepared with two more subjects from your branch. In most of the technical interviews, the interview panel will ask about your favorite subject. In this round, your technical knowledge will be assessed. They could also be looking at how you think, and, importantly, how you communicate your thinking during the interview. You will be getting questions from the project that you have done till date and also from the internship you completed.
HR Interview
In the HR round, the interview panel questions you everything and anything related to your personality, family, education, hobbies, internships, work experience (if relevant), general knowledge, etc. Be clear when you are answering. Don't mumble. Answer with confidence. HR round is meant to check your knowledge, analytical and communication skills. The HR interview is conducted to check your background, judge your personality, strengths, weaknesses, capability to handle the role and to determine whether you’re the right fit for the job and the company.
