Job Description

Education - BCOM, BBA, MCOM, MBA (Finance)

Note :- We are looking for candidate who can join us on Immediate Basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Calling assigned clients and informing and appraising the client on required information
2. Forwarding the feedback to Product in case clients has some queries or doubts
3. Follow up on calls not answered and updating the comments and sending the mails to clients if required
4. Maintaining the comments in proper MIS and sharing by eod to concern stakeholders

Skill(s) required:

English Proficiency (Spoken & written)

Confident, soft spoken & good listening skill

Requirements:

1. Final year student or recent graduate/ post graduate
2. Eager to learn
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
