Job Purpose:

We are currently seeking freshers who are pursuing their bachelors degree in computer science  to work within our global Product Development department working to apply defined software development life cycle processes to deliver production ready code of the highest quality, this individual will be diligent in testing their code and working with the team to produce Talent Systems’ high standard product.

There's no requirement for you to be proficient in the most recent technology stack we employ. However, a keen sense of curiosity and a readiness to embrace and learn new skills are essential, particularly concerning Microsoft technologies such as .NET. As a new recruit, you'll participate in a comprehensive 6-month training program focused on both our company culture and technological expertise.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • work toward achieving the competencies set out in training plan
  • do the training and assessment set out in training plan
  • update the training record and produce it when required.
  • researching and accessing new learning resources as necessary
  • follow the conditions set out in your employment contract
  • perform work as directed by your lead
  • Communicating and planning the details of the products with internal users
  • Builds effective working relationships with team members
  • Actively seeks assistance as needed but demonstrates learning and growing independence
  • not waste, damage or injure your property or goods.

Qualification & Attributes:

  • Currently pursuing a BE, B.Tech, BCA Computer Science or related technical field
  • Good knowledge in basic fundamentals in Computer Science.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, embraces teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Need to be very active & corporate cultured
  • Need to have Good Learning ability
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Being trustworthy and reliable
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming and database objects is a plus
  • Eager to engage with Microsoft's suite of technologies, such as .NET
