My name is – Sujata, Engineering graduate

I have been selected for Associate Software Engineer and Package – 4.5 LPA

Q. How did you prepare for Accenture? How did you apply?

I started preparation by Joining Talent Battle Masterclass and started preparing by attending the sessions regularly. Also, Approx there were 300 students participated from the college, and around 35 got selected

Q. What are the Roles offered by Accenture?

I have come across these 2 roles

• ASE - Associates Software Role – 4.5 LPA
• SE - Software Engineering Role – 6.5 LPA

Q. What are the interview rounds you faced after clearing Online Test?

I have appeared for the following interview process

• Round 1 – Online Assessment
• Round 2 - Coding Round
• Round 3 - Communication Round
• Round 4 - Technical & HR Interview

Q. Can you describe the nature of online Assessment?

As per my understanding, the following sections were there

• English Ability
• Abstract Reasoning
• Critical Reasoning & Problem Solving
• Common application and MS Office
• Pseudo Code
• Network Security and Cloud

Q. How many questions were asked and what duration of the test?

There were 90 questions and 90 mins. No Negative Marking.  

Q. Do you remember any topics questions asked in the test

• Sentence Completion, Synonyms/Antonyms - Easy to Moderate
• Odd Man series
• Binary Number questions

 Q. What is Coding Round?

I got 2 questions in the coding round there were 2 Questions (30mins) and the details are as follows:

Coding Question 1 – Easy to Moderate Level - Questions asked are - Prime Numbers, Addition subtraction using data structures, Trees & Graphs, etc

Coding Question 2 –Moderate to Difficult Level - Able to run the code but the test cases did not pass.  

If anyone clears only 1 coding question they are likely to get considered for the ASE role in the subsequent interview process whereas those who clear both the questions are likely to get considered for the SE Role through the subsequent interview process.

Q. How was the communication round?

Communication Round – Reading, Listening, and Repeating content, etc. It is a system-based round. – May or may not be the Elimination round 

Q. Can you please tell me about your Technical & HR Interview experience? 

It was a combined interview round of Technical + HR. The following questions were asked 

HR Questions were asked of me 

• Tell me about yourself
• Hobbies, strengths, and Weakness with example

Technical Questions asked to me

• Project bases questions – Project explanation, role in the project, the difficulty faced.
• Favorite subject and not a favorite subject
• Questions related to AI –ML
• What is innovation and what do you plan to innovate in future
• Usually, it takes 3-4 weeks to announce the result

Q. What advice would you like to give to juniors for preparation?

My advice to juniors is

• Should solve previous 2-3 years' question papers.
