Accenture Recruitment Journey: Sujata's Experience
My name is Sujata, an engineering graduate who recently secured a position as an Associate Software Engineer with a package of 4.5 LPA at Accenture. Here's a detailed account of my preparation, the application process, and the various interview stages.
To prepare for Accenture, I joined the Talent Battle Masterclass and diligently attended the sessions. Approximately 300 students from my college participated, and around 35 were selected. The masterclass was instrumental in my preparation, providing the necessary guidance and practice.
Accenture offers multiple roles for fresh graduates. The two prominent roles I encountered are:
After clearing the online test, I went through the following interview rounds:
The online assessment comprised various sections:
There were 90 questions to be completed in 90 minutes, with no negative marking. The topics included sentence completion, synonyms/antonyms, odd man series, and binary number questions.
The coding round consisted of two questions to be completed in 30 minutes:
Clearing one coding question generally qualifies you for the ASE role, while clearing both increases your chances for the SE role.
Communication Round
The communication round included reading, listening, and repeating content. It was a system-based round and might not necessarily be an elimination round.
In the combined Technical and HR interview, I faced the following questions:
It usually takes 3-4 weeks to announce the results.
My advice to juniors is to solve the previous 2-3 years' question papers. I would like to express my gratitude to the Talent Battle Team, especially Ajinkya Sir, Amit Sir, and Rohit Sir, for their unwavering support and motivation. I highly recommend juniors join the Talent Battle Training for a structured and effective preparation.
Good luck to all the aspiring candidates! Your hard work and dedication will surely pay off.
