Selection Process:

1. Online Aptitude + Technical Test Conducted on Talent Battle Platform.
2. Written + Verbal Communication Round Conducted by Talent Battle (Details will shared with candidates who clear first round.)
3. Online Technical/Personal Interview by Talent Battle.
4. Face to Face Technical Rounds and HR Interview will be conducted by Bentley Systems Office, Pune.

•Important Note: This Job opportunity will be only for a period of 1 year after the candidate will be discontinued. In certain cases the candidate may be continued based on his/her performance but the decision solely rests with Bentley Systems.

Skills Required, Job Role and Responsibilities :

Testing Role:

  • Create and Execute Manual test plans for various functionalities from product.
  • Understand and test (exploratory) the web as well as desktop application functionalities.
  • Regression and Performance testing.
  • Automation testing.
  • Defect tracking and analysis.
  • Timely communication on progress of assigned task.
  • Create and maintain multiple automation environments.
  • Start all automation jobs on successful smoke test build
  • Execute regression, performance and profile tests.
  • Creating regression and VBA tests
  • Failure analysis

Candidates having a certification or experience in Software Testing is a big plus.

Development/Coding Role:

This is a software development requirement with heavy emphasis on coding. The selected incumbent will be contributing to Bentley products with C++ and C# code base. Candidates with strong development background and programming penchant are encouraged to apply.
