It was an on-campus drive.

I joined the Talent Battle course in February as part of Batch 11, which proved to be beneficial for interview preparation. Additionally, the college provided 2 months of company-specific training.

The first round of the interview process was an AMCAT test that included questions on Logical, Aptitude, and other comprehensive sections related to the Core E&C domain.

Each section had a different time limit and several questions. For instance, the Quant section had 15 questions and a time limit of 19 minutes, while the Comprehensive section had 15 questions and a time limit of 10 minutes.

The questions in the Quant section were related to topics like

Q. Can you tell me something about –Interview round?

After two days, I appeared for the second round, which consisted of a Technical Interview and an HR Interview.

The Technical related questions asked me were

The HR-related questions asked to me were

  • Are you willing to relocate?

  • What is your preferred location (Coimbatore, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru),

  • Are you willing to work in shifts?

Q. When the final results were announced?

The results were announced within 4-5 days after completion of the interview process.

What is the Advice to the Bosch Aspirants?

The Talent Battle training program helped me to crack the Aptitude section easily, and I would advise juniors to focus on basics, prepare for complete aptitude, and concentrate more on major aptitude topics.

It is worth mentioning that earlier, the company used to provide full-time roles, but now internships are available as well.
