I'm Mohit, Engineering Graduate, selected at HCL as a Member of Technical Staff with the package of 3.5 LPA.

Q.  Was it On-campus/off-campus drive?

It was an off-campus pool drive.

Q. How many interview rounds are conducted by HCL?

• Online Assessment Test

 Q. Can you provide details about the nature of the Online Assessment?

It consists of the following sections.

• Quantitative Section
• Reasoning
• Verbal  
• Technical Questions 
• Coding Questions

Q. What kinds of questions were asked in Online Assessment?

The aptitude part was like any other company questions of medium difficulty. 

Quantitative, Reasoning, Verbal ad and Programming section needs to be solved in 75 mins. 

There will be 2 programming questions which can be solved using C/C++/Java/Python and time duration given to solve is 20 mins.

The duration of the test is 95 mins for the Online Assessment. 

Q. How long does it take to announce the online test results?

It takes about 3.4 days to announce the result.

Q. How difficult was the Coding Section?

 It was of High difficulty.

Q. What was the next round after the online assessment?

Next is a Technical Interview for those who clear the online assessment.

Yes, they were conducted separately.

The interview was conducted by 2-panel members.

I joined the Talent Battle course which helped me to prepare for the placement preparation.

Q. Any suggestions for the Aspirants?

• Prepare well for the Aptitude. 
• Prepare anyone Object Oriented Programming language along with DSA 
• Basic SQL and OS concepts 
• Work on the communication.
