Q. May I know your basic details, your role, etc?

I'm k. Soundarya, Engineering Graduate (2023 Batch), selected at Mindtree as an Analyst Trainee with a 4.25 LPA package 

Q.  was it - on-campus/off-campus drive?

It was an off-campus pool drive.

Q. How many interview rounds are conducted by Mindtree?

• Online Assessment
• Technical Interview
• HR Interview

 Q. Can you provide details about the nature of the Online Assessment?

It consists of the following sections.

• Quantitative Section – 20 mins
• Logical Reasoning – 20 mins
• Technical/Programming -35 mins
• Voice Assessment – 20 mins

Q. What kinds of questions were asked in Online Assessment?

The aptitude part was like any other company questions of medium difficulty. What is important is the Technical sections consisting of MCQs and Programming.

Q. What Voice / Communication Round?

It is Reading, Listening, and Repeating content, etc. It is a system-based round to assess the communication level of the candidate.

Q. Duration of the Online Assessment?

The duration of the test is 90 mins for the Online Assessment. 

Q. How long does it take to announce the online test results?

It takes about 1-2 days to announce the result.

Q. How difficult was the online Test?

 It was of medium difficulty.

Q. What was the next round after the online assessment?

Next is a Technical Interview for those who clear the online assessment.

Q. Technical and HR interview questions conducted separately?

Yes, they were conducted separately.

Q. Do you remember the interview questions asked in the Technical interview?

The interview asked the following questions and the duration was 30 – 40 mins

• To Introduce yourself
• Asked some questions from the introduction
• Which is programming language you prefer (asked about python)
• Asked basic questions from the programming language selected
• List, tuple, set, dictionary,
• Difference between Complex and simple programming
• Write the program on an online compiler
• Code by using for loops, and the Fibonacci series
• Whether willing to relocate or not?

 Q. Do you remember the interview questions asked in the HR interview?

Duration 15 – 20  mins

• Introduce yourself
• What do you know about the company?
• Willing to relocate
• What’s your native place?
• How long will it take to reach nearest big cities?
• Any questions we have? 

 Q. How long does it take to announce the final results?

It will be announced within 10 -14 days.

Q. How did you start your Preparation?

• I prepared mostly by using online materials and videos.
• I always preferred Talent Battle aptitude questions and other websites which give content and tips to prepare myself.
• I make a strong foundation on my aptitude section by using Talent Battle's foundational Training.
• For the interview section, I wrote all the questions and answers on my own and prepared

Q. Any suggestions for the Aspirants?

• Just make your foundation strong.
• Be clear on your formulas for aptitude.
• Confidently face the interview and try to answer the question.
• If you don't know the answer, just tell the interviewer that you don't know and      make sure you’ll go through the concepts after your interview.
• Be yourself.
