I'm Sanjeev, an Engineering Graduate, selected at Revature as an Entry Level Software Engineer.

It was an off-campus pool drive.

It consists of the following sections.

• Aptitude – Quantitative / Logical/Verbal

I can remember the topics related to the below-mentioned topics

Coding Questions – 1 coding question and a few Technical MCQs to be answered. Duration is 60 mins. There will be 6 MCQs.

The test was around 120 mins

It takes about 8-10 days to announce the result.

Q. Coding Section Difficulty?

Medium to High.

Technical Interview

Yes, they were conducted separately.

The interview was conducted by a 1-panel member.

• Which programming Language are you comfortable with? – I said Java
• Explain the OOPs concept with examples
• What are packages and interface?
• Explain Java Exception Handling?
• What are Polymorphism types?
• What are Binary Tree and types of Traversal
• Explain Linked Lists types
• How to give view access to the table only?
• How to add elements to the table?
• How to remove columns from the table?

Duration 10-15 mins

• When are you going to complete Graduation   
• College Name and CGPA 
• Family background

The Training Process was explained – 3 months of training. I will be trained in Java FSD and Big Data. In case I have to drop, I can drop within a week else after that 1 L to 1.2L. There will be a test conducted after 4 weeks. Infosys is a partner of Revature so Infosys will conduct another interview and hire for a full-time role with the package of 5 LPA. During the training, there will be a Stipend of Rs. 5000 per month.

It will be announced within 18 -22 days.

• Focus on Verbal along with Aptitude & Technical       
• Prepare 1 programming language along with DSA very well
