- Graduation Year: Candidates should be completing their eligible course in 2025 with no backlogs, and should have their consolidated marksheet or provisional degree certificate at the time of the offer.
- Education Gap: There should not be a gap of more than one year after SSC and before starting the graduate/post-graduate course, and no academic year loss after joining a course.

Selection Process

Job Locations and Work Timings
- Positions are available across various Tech Mahindra offices.
- Candidates must be flexible to work on different projects at any of the company's Development Centers or Client Locations nationwide.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts is required.
Bond and Compensation
Upon selection:
- Candidates will be on probation for six months.
- Those clearing the regular selection process will receive a CTC of INR 3.25 LPA.
- Supercoder candidates will be eligible for a CTC of INR 5.5 LPA.
- COE students will receive 4 LPA, provided they clear the COE Exit Tests.
- Candidates must sign an indemnity bond of INR 1 Lakh for a mandatory service period of two years from the date of joining.
