Q. Can you tell me something about yourself, your role, and the package details?

I'm Piyush (Talent Battle's Complete Masterclass student), selected for Associate Engineer with a package of 4.1 LPA at Virtusa. 

Q. Whether it was an on-campus / off-campus drive?

It was an on-campus drive.

Q. How did you start your Preparation?

I joined the Talent Battle course which helped me to prepare well for the placement preparation.

Q. How many interview rounds are conducted?

• Round 1 – Technical
• Round 2 - Aptitude Test 
• Round 3 – Technical Interview 
• Round 4 - HR Interview Round

Q. What kinds of questions were asked in Online Technical Assessment?

Virtusa Online Technical Aptitude Assessment is the round for evaluating technical aptitude online. This consists of 60 MCQs; all of them are technical in natur. 

The company also began asking the coding questions to identify faults and output. 

The duration of the test will take 90 minutes to complete.

Q. Can you tell some of the important topics asked in the technical aptitude assessment?

• Operating systems 
• Computer Networks
• Database Management Systems
• Object-Oriented Programming (Java & C/C++), 
• Data Structures and Algorithms 

Q. What kinds of questions were asked in the Technical Interview?

Virtusa Technical Interview Round will focus on technical questions. In this round, the interviewer begins by asking fundamental questions on the basics of computers before moving on to more questions about Object-Oriented programming.

 Additionally, the interviewer will quiz you on Java's fundamentals. When thoroughly studied, the question will be of medium difficulty and simple to answer. 

The project discussion is crucial since Virtusa employs software engineers with some software development knowledge and some knowledge of software development. 

Q. What kinds of questions were asked in the Technical Interview?

• What is a linkedPython list?
• Explain slicing
• Explain  lambda function
• Explain abstraction
• What is Iterator, cam off-campus pupushedsand Decorator in Python?
• What are SQL joints?
• Explain all the joints

Q. What is the duration of the Technical Interview?

The whole interview time will be between 1.5 and 2 hours at most.

Q. What kinds of questions were asked in the HR Interview?

They largely examined the applicant's modes of thought and communication. HR didn't inquire about any technology or products from Virtusa. Instead, they emphasized the applicant's capacity for persuasion and communication. They were looking to discover if the applicant was open and honest. Their inquiries would all be about the company business and hence, it's critical to become familiar with the company's profile.

Q. How long will it take to complete the entire process of recruitment and get the result?

The total selection process in Virtusa will be between 15- 20 days to get the offer.
