Wipro hires for multiple positions. so, campus drive cannot be sufficient for that. it goes for off campus drive. During this it recruits higher posts like executive posts. During off campus recruitment it ask to bring the important documents which are:

- Passport size color photo
- Photocopy of academic certificate
- ID proof and any other certifications.

- Candidates must have completed 10th and should have scored at least 50% in 12th and 60-65% in graduation and 65-75 in post graduation.
