Job Summary:
As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers who are using our products. You will work closely with the customer support team, engineering teams, and other stakeholders(Business, Operation, Compliance) to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues promptly and effectively. Also you will be responsible for code fixes, tools, Scripting and dashboard development which help the customer support team.
Responsibilities
- Candidates would be required to debug application functionality in the process of resolving problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to resolve complex technical problems.
- Automation of repeated tasks and Work on small projects that help the Customer support team in faster customer query resolution.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and stay updated on new product features and technologies.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple system issues simultaneously.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in Backend development or full stack development role
- Excellent knowledge of databases(Mysql/ Mongodb) and queries
- Experience in Java/Java script/AngularJs and Python
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Nagios
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good in articulation of complex issues to stakeholders
