Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrable experience on Teamcenter implementation or supporting Large Teamcenter Customers.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating system, Networking, Database and Security concepts!
- Proven knowledge of industry standard methodologies regarding PLM (product lifecycle management)
- Superb communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Key Responsibilities
- Providing Teamcenter Installation and Configuration support to our customers in Asia Pacific
- Crafting OOTB Teamcenter Environment on Cloud for reproducing customer issues and resolving the same.
- Duplicating Customer issues and providing detailed documentation to Product Development for further investigation and resolution, in case of product issue.
- May need to work on weekends to support our premium customers.
- Mentoring Junior Team Members!
- Timely resolution of issues and handling customer escalations.
- Ability to identify problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
- Documenting FAQ, and knowledge base content for consumption by users.
- Write technical articles and crafting videos, which will be published online via Support Center.
