Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrable experience on Teamcenter implementation or supporting Large Teamcenter Customers.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating system, Networking, Database and Security concepts!
  • Proven knowledge of industry standard methodologies regarding PLM (product lifecycle management)
  • Superb communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing Teamcenter Installation and Configuration support to our customers in Asia Pacific
  • Crafting OOTB Teamcenter Environment on Cloud for reproducing customer issues and resolving the same.
  • Duplicating Customer issues and providing detailed documentation to Product Development for further investigation and resolution, in case of product issue.
  • May need to work on weekends to support our premium customers.
  • Mentoring Junior Team Members!
  • Timely resolution of issues and handling customer escalations.
  • Ability to identify problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
  • Documenting FAQ, and knowledge base content for consumption by users.
  • Write technical articles and crafting videos, which will be published online via Support Center.
