First things first, anyone who is interested in working for DevSquare needs to fill out an application form with their resume and any other relevant educational information attached.

If your application meets all of the requirements that are necessary for the job profile that you have applied for, then you will be contacted to participate in a screening round. This screening round may be in the form of a telephonic interview or an assessment test, depending on the qualifications of the candidate or the job role that you have applied for.

If you pass the screening round, the next step in the hiring process is a technical interview for a tech job vacancy. This interview will include a coding challenge to evaluate the shortlisted candidate's technical and problem-solving skills.

The last stage of this process is an interview with HR, which will evaluate the candidate's ability to work well with others and in teams, as well as determine whether or not the candidate will be a good fit with the company's overall culture and environment.

Tips to ace Dev-Square placement exam in 2023

  • Having a degree and relevant work experience are crucial. There are two applicants who are nearly identical. In the event of a tie, the manager will choose the individual with the more impressive background.
  • It doesn't matter if you answered the question or not. What's important is your approach to trying to figure out the answer.
  • Confident candidates have a better chance of being chosen
  • Don't try to debate or try to prove the interviewer wrong. In that case, you can expect instantaneous rejection. If you think you're right about something, just admit it and move on.
  • Don't brag about your abilities too much. The interview's tone can then be established.
  • Avoid lengthy explanations. Accuracy and efficiency are key.
  • Don't assume it's a good sign if the interview lasts longer than expected.
  • You must have the self-assurance to say what's on your mind and provide convincing answers to the interviewer's questions.
