- Solution Consultants are available 24x7 via Phone, Email & Chat in multiple languages
- Customer Support teams provide Product Support through Sales Conversations, identify generate & nurture
- new or potential Leads/Customers & align Customers to TE Distributor Partners or Direct Sales
- Distributor Support teams provide Order-to-Cash process support, provide product support, pro-actively
- keep Distributors informed, follow-up on Special Pricing Quotes to Win the Business
- Order Fulfillment & Backlog Management teams support Order Entry and Quotation process, assist with
- Order Block Removal and Follow up, pro-actively follow-up on Unconfirmed and Past Due Orders & coordinate with TE Planners for New Confirmed Ship Date Alignment
What your background should look like:
- Any Engineering / Science Grads / Commerce Grads / Masters in Science, Sales or Management
- Able to Serve Customers through their preferred channel of choice - Phone, Email & Chat
- Understanding of Engineering Products
- Good Communication Skills
- Flexible to work in Night Shifts & Hybrid Model
- Internship Timeline (6 Months)
